More Oz (video this time!)...

So I've absolutely loved this trip. However, I've got to be honest... we've been traveling so much lately that while I was excited about coming to Oz and Fiji, part of me wanted to just stay home with our dog. I was really only looking forward to shooting the weddings and hanging with my friend, Luke. Outside that, I just thought I'd want to get home. Well I have been blown away with how much I've enjoyed our time out here.

The last three days have been spent almost exclusively with herds of wild kangaroos. I can't get enough of them. I just keep going back for more and only leave when it's too dark and they leave for the night. They let you come right up to them or just walk right through a massive herd of them. It's right up there with walking next to hippo and elephant in the African bush. Seriously.

Check out Luke's blog post for a ton of awesome photos of our kangaroo sessions :) Here's my favorite (but more on his blog so go check it!)...

Now, here's some video from our time with the roos. This place is incredible. Even if you don't care about me, I'd say fast forward to the last minute as it's 5D Mark II footage - shot WIDE open - and it looks pretty incredible (if you ask me, at least :)...

Hey man, love the video. You are helping me make up my mind to go for the 5D mark 2! Who sang that song 'In A Little While'?

It's been a total blast to hang out with you over the last few days! I now have a new appreciation for my own country's wildlife, and for life in general ;)

Oh yeah, and great footage too. Must. Buy. 5D2.

LOL!!! Just as I was watching the video I was thinking to myself "AMAZING!!" Then you said amazing on the video. =) Very AMAZING!!! It's cool that people like your and your wife get to travel around the world to show people like me who can't travel around the world at this time what the rest of the world is like. Make any sense?
